We are seeking a dynamic, high-calibre People & Culture professional to join us. You will be a part of the global P&C team and partner with our leaders to help our business meet its short term as well as long term strategic goals. You will be an expert on human behaviour, you will know how to handle constant change, organizational design, workforce planning and development in the organisation.

Job Description

What will you do?

  • Understand our business as a whole, be proactive and support executives, leaders, managers and co-P&C in creating the best place to work.
  • Build and implement people strategies and deliver results.
  • Lead and support both local and global P&C and business initiatives.
  • Strategic partner with the executives and managers to retain, develop and motivate people.
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement.
  • Coach managers to build their leadership capabilities.

What will you need?

  • 6+ years of P&C Business Partner or relevant experience within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • You have a deep understanding of translating the priorities of the business and integrating the People and Culture value proposition and strategies to meet the business’s needs.
  • You have the ability to influence change, as well as effectively deal with change management initiatives.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • You are a self-starter with a creative mind and track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing the results.
  • You are a down to earth and engaging teammate; you have integrity, assertiveness, and easily build trust.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) – must.
  • Bachelor or MA degree in Human Resources or a relevant related discipline.
