QA Automation Team Leader

What will you do?

• Work with top talents in the Artificial Intelligence industry
• Lead automation test team to define test strategy, involve in architect test automation best practices, design, create, execute and debug automation tests
• Experience in the modern software development process, testing methodologies, QA terminology, and process
• As part of a continuous improvement, review and revise, as necessary, the quality assurance objectives and processes, including definition and implementation of the environment and infrastructure of quality assurance
• Serve as a leader and provide guidance and influence to other engineers on how to effectively execute testing processes
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential project risks

What will you need?

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Previous experience in managing QA automation team and demonstrated success managing complex initiatives
• 5+ years of experience in Object-oriented design and coding experience with at least one of the following: Java, Python, Scala, C#
• Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and have an ability to prioritize workload
• Experienced with automating UI (cypress) , APIs and back-end processes (python)
• Experience in design and development of Test automation framework and test scripts.
• Experience working with CI/CD cycle, Agile methodology and DevOps pipeline with Jenkins, Helm, GIT
• Requires excellent analytical ability, consultative and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with business and IT management and staff
• Multi-tasking capabilities, readiness to take on challenges, willingness to learn
• Experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Algorithmic components automation - advantage
