Partnerships are one of our main drivers of growth. Joint GTM with partners requires our platforms to integrate & opens the door to disruptive new offerings which will reinvent SparkBeyond itself. We are looking for a Partnership Manager to lead and own one of our fastest growing channel partnerships!

What will you do?

  • Own one of the largest channel partnerships of SparkBeyond.
  • Manage a joint pipeline: Centrally oversee a joint pipeline of leads, opportunities, and engagements to measure MSFT impact to SparkBeyond’s top-of-funnel, ability to accelerate conversion of opportunities to engagements, and contribution towards operationalizing use cases. You will need to resolve escalations as the partnership matures in each region and use field activity as input towards the evolving narrative.
  • Manage the joint value proposition narrative and empower a joint co-sell motion; iterate on the ‘better together’ story: oversee SparkBeyond's narrative of integration onto Azure, working closely with our Product Management team to understand current / planned integrations and bridging conversations to MSFT applies engineering
  • Build Microsoft|SparkBeyond Materials: Manage Microsoft toolkit - decks, 1-pagers, client communication materials, 'intro to SparkBeyond' materials, etc., working with hubs and HQ counterparts to deliver the content to the MSFT field / educate them on the solution
  • Heavily influence the direction of Product and R&D in one of the fastest growing global AI companies: help identify synergies between platforms, articulate the joint value proposition & influencing stakeholders; Closely engage with our R&D, product teams and domain owners, as well as external clients, partners and industry figures to get a holistic understanding of needs and opportunities to maximize the technology impact of the partnership; initiate and manage change.
  • Shape the channel manager role in SparkBeyond’s field and help establish materials to scale

What will you need?

  • 3+ years of in depth hands-on experience in Microsoft, either in the OCP organization, or in the field
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role for a channel sales organization
  • 2+ years in technology sales
  • Be a strong strategic communicator, able to establish consensus and alignment.
